Shipping policy

When will my order ship?
Current processing times are:
Planner stickers and pre-made script stickers 1-3 business days
Custom script stickers 3-5 business days
Custom vinyl up to 2 weeks

Delivery times (Royal Mail estimates)
UK Mainland 2-3 business days
Europe 3-5 business days
International 6-7 business days

Customs & Import Fees (inc VAT)
It is the responsibility of the buyer to cover any additional customs and import fee that may be incurred. These fees may vary depending on the destination country and local tax laws.
European customers are encouraged to purchase via https://www.etsy.com/shop/elsannastudio as that has the option of of pre-paying VAT at checkout which should help the customs clearance process.
Elsanna Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the customs process.

Is my order lost?
UK Mainland - contact me if your order has not arrived 10 business days after the expected delivery date.
Europe - contact me if your order has not arrived 20 business days after the expected delivery date.
International - contact me if your order has not arrived 25 days after the expected delivery date.
I am unable to make a claim with Royal Mail before these dates, and the majority or items do turn up within the time frame.

Tracking numbers
Default shipping is not tracked but this is an option (for an additional fee) if required.

Can I change my address?
If your order has not yet shipped - email me elsannastudio@gmail.com with your order number and correct address.
If your order has already shipped - your order should* be returned as undeliverable. You can then pay a re-shipping fee to have the order sent to your correct address.
* This can take a while and is not guaranteed.
